Contango took part in the Libya Energy & Economic Summit (LEES) 2026 as a National Sponsor, joining government representatives, the National Oil Corporation, international operators and service companies to discuss the future of Libya’s energy sector.
As part of the programme, the Contango team delivered a technical presentation highlighting the company’s integrated operations, maintenance and rotating-equipment capabilities, and its growing role in supporting national production goals.
Contango representatives also joined several panel discussions covering asset reliability, local capability building and the technologies that will drive the next phase of investment in the country’s upstream and downstream assets.
The summit provided a valuable platform to strengthen relationships with partners and clients, and to reaffirm Contango’s long-term commitment to Libya’s energy industry.
