This project involved the comprehensive reconditioning, maintenance, commissioning, startup, and load testing of a Black Start Turbine that had sustained extensive damage and had been out of service. Through meticulous engineering, detailed inspection, precision repairs, and rigorous testing, our technical team successfully restored the turbine to full operational status.
Following the completion of all commissioning activities, the unit was successfully synchronized and operated under load, achieving a stable output of 10 MW.
The successful restoration of this critical asset enhances the power plant’s emergency black start capability and contributes to the overall reliability of the electrical generation system.
